These thigh highs are the best. Fitting adults sizes 9-11, they measure 26” from the ankle to the top, and they stretch up to 20”. These fit kids too, about 12 and up. The grow into them vs out of them! Cross stitched with a bit of nylon, they hold themselves up really well.
