How long before I receive my order?

If you ordered something that is ready to go/ made as is, then expect it to be shipped within 3-5 business days, and watch for a shipping confirmation-tracking email.

Custom orders will be started within the week that they are received, completed, and shipped within two weeks! If it’s a larger or more complex custom order, rest assured we will be emailing about my estimated time of completion.

What is my return policy?

I want you to love and wear what you purchase from me! If something doesn’t fit properly, send an email to info@purpleturtletiedyes.com within 7 days of receiving your order, alerting me of your order number and what you want to return within that order. The customer pays for return shipping.

Returns will be accepted in an unworn condition and a refund (minus the shipping cost) will be issued upon retrieval and approval of the returned item.

How do I wash my tie-dye?

I recommend washing your tie-dye garments on a gentle cycle and using cold water. Use a gentle soap (no bleach or harsh chemicals) and sort the garment with like-colored items. When done, I typically hang dry my items, and I lay the Bell Bottoms out flat.

Will my item shrink?

My items are not pre-shrunk. If you wish to shrink your item, whatever it may be, putting it on the dryer on high heat will shrink it. I typically recommend hang-drying your tie-dye garments!
